By accessing or using The Heavens website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly in colour or texture due to screen differences and natural material variations.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful submission of the checkout form. We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, and will notify you promptly if this occurs.

4. Delivery

We offer free delivery across major cities in Pakistan. Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on your location and product availability. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Warranty

All The Heavens furniture comes with a 5-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of The Heavens and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Heavens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the original purchase price of the product.
